Rag&Doll are a premium, handmade fashion brand based in North East England, focusing on luxury fashion and bespoke garments. Their small, visionary team work hard to design and create unique, individual collections for fashion obsessed women.
The team came to FUTCOM seeking social media advice, support and training for their in-house team. In order to take their business to the next level, they knew social media would be an essential channel, but had no in house expertise to execute a solid growth strategy for their 3 year roadmap.
FUTCOM executed a full channel audit identifying problem areas, quick wins and technical issues. With this information, a complete growth strategy was created alongside various training sessions to educate their in house team – with a plan of action they could carry out internally. This consisted of content and campaign calendars, content suggestions, engagement/management support, Facebook advertising training and more.
