Leader Online strive for perfection when it comes to all things home! Their portfolio of sites provide contemporary, quality flooring, doors, lights and furniture for homes across the UK. Their missions is very simple, gorgeous on-trend pieces at an affordable cost. FUTCOM oversee and manage the Facebook advertising for Leader Floors, Leader Doors, Leader Lights and Leader Furniture, helping them reach new customers and inspire homeowners across the UK. 

The Problem

After over year of insane success across the business, Leader Online were looking at how they can scale their business and grow for the next chapter. As Facebook advertising prices increased, we needed to make sure we were reaching as many users as possible whilst maintaining budget efficiency across the portfolio. If we could accomplish this, we would be setting the account up ready for 2021 growth and peak period. 

The Solution

As global costs of advertising on facebook increase, we decided to devise a plan to help reduce the CPM, meaning we could reach more users for the same price. After making various changes to creative, optimisation and thorough AB testing, CPM was dropping significantly as we applied a new best practice for campaign creation and set up. With the help from our partnership team, we reduced CPM across the account by 20% with the same spend as the previous period.
