The Brand

Hotspur 1364 is an award-winning designer menswear boutique, bringing customers the hottest men’s fashion brands, bespoke tailoring and on-trend pieces for their seasonal wardrobe. With a specialist wedding department dedicated to delivering premium groomswear, their reputation travels across from North East to the rest of the country.

The Problem

Hotspur 1364 are traditionally a bricks and mortar business with a huge, successful high-street presence, but when Covid Lockdown restrictions were rolled out across the UK, their online presence wasn’t established enough to carry the business forward to December. This meant the team needed a plan of action with limited planning time to continue trading throughout November.

The Solution

FUTCOM took Hotspur 1364 on for their Covid Response package, offering support across Facebook ads, email, social, strategy and on site management. After planning a 2 week campaign throughout Black Friday and reactivating all their disengaged channels, their Black Friday event broke company records and enabled a stable source of income throughout November until stores could reopen.

I contacted Gianni basically in a blind panic, our Facebook Business Manager was for some reason restricted just prior to Black Friday and we were getting no where trying to lift the restrictions.
