The Brand

Crafter’s Companion started life as a big dream in Sara Davies’ university bedroom. It was here that she had a light bulb moment, about a ground-breaking product which could create envelopes for handmade cards, and The Enveloper was born! 16 years later, they’ve grown their product range from one exciting papercraft tool to thousands of crafting must-haves including stamps, dies and die-cutting machines, embossing folders, card and more to enhance their customer’s creative journey.

The Problem

As Crafter’s TV (their online TV crafting channel) went from strength to strength, they wanted to maximise its reach across the UK and US, by targeting new users likely to be interested in their online content.

The Solution

We devised a bespoke strategy to not only raise awareness of CTV, but nurture those viewers into lifetime customers. We did this through acquiring new TV shoppers through interest and lookalike audiences of their most valuable data, and also targeting shoppers on other TV network channels across the UK and US, that Crafter’s products were stocked on. We then created a full retargeting strategy, to not only retarget the products on show, but trending lines from their eCommerce site as well.
