I want to say a huge warm welcome to all of our new clients and subscribers. It’s going to be an interesting year for sure, but we’re ready… and already seeing huge success/record breaking months across our client base. We’ve been putting the foundations in place for huge plans in 2021, working with Facebook to improve our service offering, and clients to improve our delivery and care.
One big change we’ve made based on client feedback is our brand new Concierge Centre, where you can request support, information and insights all in one place. We’re also working with other creative agencies, feed providers and other platforms such as Pinterest to develop our network and capabilities to help you grow through social media this year. We will be keeping you in the loop with all of our changes and roadmaps, as you’re on this journey with us! Finally a huge thank you for your continued support, and we can’t wait to see your business flourish in 2021.
Quarterly Client Feedback Survey
This month we sent our our quarterly client feedback survey. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated. We appreciate your time, and your feedback helps us to continuously improve and better our service offering to clients. We’re proud to announce that we’ve received a 100% ‘very satisfied’ rate across our clients.
International Women’s Day
We work very close with some of the most incredible women, whether that be client side, our business network or with FUTCOM partners. We want to thank every single one of you who has contributed to our business success, and continues to inspire us daily. As a small token of our appreciation and support, this month we will be donating 10% of each client retainer to The Pink Ribbon Foundation, to help women affected by breast cancer.

We are undoubtedly in the toughest year of retail so far, but we’re starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Client revenue is increasing dramatically month-on-month, and we’re seeing record breaking year-on-year comparisons across the board.
